What to Bring:

Floor Cushion, yoga matt or whatever you need to be comfortable.   (We will be laying down for drum meditation)

Water 

Spirit Drum and Beater (limited number of drums available to rent.)

This workshop is held by Tamaryn Truter, who has been drumming for over 20 years.  

She is a carrier of Spirit Drum Medicine and a Maker of Spirit Drums.

She has been working in the Shamanic realm for 16 years and is qualified in Transpersonal Art Therapy, Kinesiology, Holographic Kinetics and Energy Medicine.  Tamaryn has held a range of retreats and workshops for over 19 years.  

She has been honoured to have learnt from a range of Teachers, including Leonie Watson (shamanic teacher/mentor from the Ojibwe linage through Sky Hawk), White Eagle (whirling rainbow foundations - Alaska), Sandra Ingerman, Vicki Dean and others.

She shares her passion in a safe, grounded and hearty way.
