Rattle Making - Brisbane

In this Weekend Workshop we will go on a journey to create a Shamanic Rattle.

The Workshop is broken up into 2 shorter days to allow for drying time.

On Saturday we will sit in sacred circle and journey through the process of honouring the animal, tree  and crystals which have contributed to the creation of our Rattle.  We discover the gifts that each of these have to offer and work on the different elements of our Rattles.

On Sunday we bring all the elements together and have the opportunity to awaken our rattles, and discover some the many ways in which we can work with them.

All Materials are supplied, and there are many rattle sizes and designs to choose from, (2 sided rattles up to 6 sided shapes).  A range of sticks are provided, however if you feel draws to bring your own stick, you are welcome to.  Please ensure that it is already cut to the size that you are after.  A variety of crystals are provided to fill our rattles as well as a variety of feathers and beads to adorn her.  If you do have special beads and feathers you would like to use please bring them with you.

Making your own rattle is an enjoyable and gentle process.

We do hold ceremony and spirit journeys as part of the workshop.  If you have never journeyed before, don't worry we walk you through it.

​

An important part of the process is the Awakening Ceremony.  This is done to awaken and breath life into your rattle, so that your rattle will be ready to journey and work with you on your Earth Walk.

​

At the end of the workshop, you will leave with a beautiful rattle  ready to embark on your journey together.

Total Upfront Cost:  $250 - Paid in full

Installment payments:

$100 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

2 x $85 payment.

Total: $270.

Once deposit is paid, an automatic payment plan will be set up.

We need a minimum number of people to run the course.  If minimum numbers are not met we may not be able to run the workshop.  In this case your money will be refunded in full.

Cancellations 30 days before workshop will receive a full refund minus any payment processing fees.

Cancellations 30 - 15 days will receive a refund minus their deposit and processing fees.

Cancellations made 14days or less before the workshop will NOT receive a refund.  Full Payment will be required.

Please note that I run smaller workshops to ensure you leave with a quality instrument and experience.  I also often travel long distances to facilitate workshops.  Cancelling last minute means that I may not be able to run the workshop and will forfeit my hire charge etc.  If you find yourself in this situation please talk to me and I will do our best to help or transfer your funds to the next available workshop.
